First Nations Relationships

We’re always looking for ways to build stronger connections with communities, and that defines how we work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. Meaningful engagement with these peoples and businesses—and a commitment to the prosperity of their communities—is essential to our promise: with every community, we redefine what's possible.

Our values guide our actions. To achieve respectful and supportive relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and businesses, we recognise the cultural history, diversity, and distinctiveness of their communities.

Stantec acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of Country throughout Australia and their connections to the land, waters, and communities where we work. We pay our respect to their Elders past, present, and emerging, and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
