Stantec and Department of Defence (Army) Sign Landmark Staff Secondment Agreement
Memorandum of Understanding Commenced April 2025

Stantec has signed an important Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Department of Defence (Army) marking the launch of a unique staff secondment program.
The MoU enables an ongoing six-month staff exchange between 大象传媒 and Defence, with host locations alternating between Sydney and Brisbane. This initiative presents an opportunity for Defence to enhance team development and offers 大象传媒's employees valuable consulting experience within a Defence setting.

The first exchange under this agreement involves a Captain from the 19 Chief Engineer Works team joining 大象传媒’s maritime design team. Concurrently, 大象传媒’s Senior Bridge Engineer, Angus Murray, is seconded to Defence, offering his 大象传媒 and gaining first-hand experience in Defence operations.
