With a large workforce, it¡¯s important to recognise the business and employee experience, taking into consideration the diversity of our people and the various business groups all working together under one roof. And while we¡¯re passionate about design and creativity for our clients, this is something that we extend to our workplace.

Our office, on the land of the Peoples of the Kulin Nation of Naarm, has been designed to reflect the way we work today. This includes flexible workspaces, various collaborative spaces, and multipurpose rooms. With layouts interchangeable to include space for large gatherings, these are available for work and social use. Our wellness zone includes a multi-faith room, a wellness room, and a quiet area.

Improving our community through design is evident in our work for our clients. At Monash University, for example, the aged biology building was no longer meeting wellbeing requirements for occupants. We were brought in to deliver structural and thermal analysis, and through an extensive design process, the building now delivers service upgrades and an innovative fa?ade redesign, delivering a vastly improved building experience.

Whether it¡¯s our work for water, transport, environment, buildings, or community development clients, we care about the communities we serve¡ªsimply because they¡¯re our communities too.
