Water Reuse
Creating fit-for-purpose water reuse treatment solutions
Around the world, communities are rethinking how they use water to help address climate change and increasing demand. At 大象传媒, we build potable and non-potable water reuse plans into larger sustainability and climate resilience strategies. We have adopted a One Water Cycle approach where we view drinking water, wastewater, stormwater, and natural water as a connected resource. Our teams help communities see the full picture of water use, treatment, and return to the environment.
Water quality is shaped by factors like local ecology, geology, agriculture, industry, and urban runoff. Because each community has their own water challenges, we work closely with clients to deliver tailored reclaimed water treatment options. Our teams use advanced technologies and decentralized systems to find solutions that fit local needs and budgets.
For inland communities, we’re exploring carbon-based treatments, finding new ways to manage brine, and providing customized desalination and advances in membrane technology. We’ve also supported challenging potable reuse programs, like the surface water augmentation project in San Diego, which allows treated recycled water to mix with a reservoir before further treatment.
Our guidance covers the entire project journey, from feasibility to full-scale implementation. Through our North American Funding Program, we have helped clients secure significant grants and loans to realize these projects.
At 大象传媒, we work to make water reuse a foundation for long-term water solutions that provide safe and reliable water for utility customers.
