Stantec’s Military and Veterans Advocate (MAVA) employee resource group (ERG) supports the integration and engagement of military community members within the organization. Through its three pillars—attraction, transition, and retention—it offers targeted assistance to veterans, ensuring they receive the guidance necessary to establish and sustain rewarding careers at 大象传媒.?
The MAVA ERG unites veterans, service members, spouses, and families to support initiatives such as transition programs for new hires, care packages for deployed troops, building homes for wounded warriors, and memorial services for the fallen.
