The town of Redditch has a history of excellence in water engineering. Some of its first inhabitants were Cistercian monks who created a complex drainage system, diverted the River Arrow, and cleared marshland to build the Bordesley Abbey.

Our office, conveniently located in Ravensbank Business Park, has great train and connectivity to major motorways and is an ideal spot for collaboration and community building. From here, we deliver water, energy, infrastructure, and environmental services for clients across Worcestershire and the West Midlands. Our Redditch team has worked on some fantastic projects¡ªnotably the Avonmouth Resource Recycling Centre and Fellgate Surface Water Management Solution, to name a couple.

We believe that the right environment encourages open communication, innovation, and mutual support¡ªand creates a great place to work. Our social team organises regular events throughout the year, we support several employee resource groups (ERGs), including Neurodiversity Pride, and People with Disabilities ERG¡¯sand there are frequent wellbeing activities. Additionally, we are committed to community volunteering; in recent years, we've been actively helping a local museum by assisting with tasks like weeding and painting.
