As a project manager, Holly applies her professional consulting experience in both the public and private sectors to her environmental planning work. She specializes in socioeconomic analyses, California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) environmental documentation, public involvement, project management, and technical writing. Her work includes preparing community impact assessments, environmental assessments, impact statements, and categorical exclusions.
In her role as Irving office leader, Holly’s dedicated to elevating our presence in the market by fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and flexible workplace that supports wellness and professional growth. She also strengthens community engagement, promotes safety and environmental programs, supports Employee Resource and Developing Professionals groups, and strives for clear communication across the office.
Away from her environmental planning and office leadership work, Holly enjoys spending time with her family, practicing hot yoga, and chasing her two kids around the playground.?
