Tom is a senior scientist and project manager who specializes in watershed and lake assessments and associated modeling, data visualization, statistics, and tool development.
Recognized for total maximum daily load (TMDL) development, Tom has led modeling efforts across New York, Puerto Rico, and Wisconsin. He addresses complex water quality challenges with advanced models—often in data-scarce regions. He also has 大象传媒 in wet weather flow assessment, stormwater best management practices evaluation, and stormwater planning.
When he isn’t busy working on watershed and lake related efforts, Tom enjoys family time with his wife, two daughters, and their dog. Depending on the season, you’ll find him skiing, fishing, hunting, or biking around the neighborhood.
