James has worked with the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) in various roles over the years, directly and as a consultant.
In his role as an outdoor advertising project manager, James has spent the past decade assisting GOT with transitioning their Outdoor Advertising (ODA) office from a paper and pen to a digital reality. He provides accurate inventory data of signs under GDOT control and field data to assist the Department in applications reviews and assessments.
Additionally, James has performed inventory and regulatory field work under our contract with ODA for field and vegetation management services. This involves assisting GDOT in lowering the cost of required services while meeting its regulatory responsibilities.
In his off hours, James spends time with family and friends, enjoying sports and other activities that celebrate life.
