Jim has more than four decades of experience providing engineering as well as program and project management for water resources supply and development projects in California and throughout the western US. He’s worked on integrated water resource master planning, recycled water, and wastewater design as well as ground and surface water treatment, transmission and storage, and pipeline design. He’s also provided expert witness services for water system planning, modeling, and design.
Away from the world of water resources supply and development, Jim enjoys traveling the world. He’s been to over 40 countries on 6 continents—including Antarctica! You can also find him horseback riding, ballroom dancing, golfing, and scuba diving.
