Amanda believes historic buildings are a window into our past, telling the story of who we are and where we come from. As an architectural historian, she takes pride in telling these stories and making efforts to preserve these valuable spaces for their communities.
Specializing in historic tax credits, Amanda is skilled at preparing state and federal historic tax credit applications and nominations of historic properties for listing on the National Register of Historic Places. She guides historic tax credit projects from concept through certification, overseeing research and writing for designations, documenting buildings, preparing tax credit applications, and coordinating with all involved parties, including the public.
Away from her historic preservation work, Amanda enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with? her husband, Daniel, and their two daughters, Eleanor and Margot.
