As an environmental planner, Catrina supports our Environmental Services team with planning, impact assessments, and regulatory permitting. Bringing more than two decades of experience, she leads multidisciplinary teams on renewable energy, defense, transportation, and oil and gas sector projects. She specializes in environmental documentation under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), and related regulations.
Drawing on her interest in both science and policy, Catrina works closely with our environmental and engineering teams and provides project management and team oversight. In her role as a supervisor and technical lead, she’s committed to employee development through training and mentorship.
Outside of her leadership work, Catrina is embracing life as an empty nester. She enjoys hiking in the foothills, relaxing at the beach, and exploring new adventures near and far.
