Natalia has more than 15 years of experience in operations and facility planning, mainly in the transit and manufacturing sectors. Her background as an industrial engineer encompasses operational improvement by applying lean practices, Six Sigma, and industrial engineering methodologies.
With a keen focus on process design including layout planning, execution, and continuous improvement, Natalia has developed a deep understanding of operational relationships and processes. This enables her to streamline operations and elevate quality, productivity, and profitability for clients. She also works closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements, then translate and bring those to successful completion throughout the detailed design and construction phases.
Given the need to reduce zero-emissions in Canada, Natalia supports agencies across North America in implementing the necessary changes and upgrades in their existing facilities to incorporate zero-emission buses into their fleets.
