Chris is a strategic leader who thrives on complexity—whether it’s shaping billion-dollar infrastructure programs or guiding teams through change. With a background in civil engineering and governance, he brings a systems-thinking approach to leadership, communication, and client engagement.
Believing in the power of honest conversations to unlock progress, Chris is passionate about building cultures where people succeed. He helped deliver a $9 billion water and wastewater program for Auckland, co-creating a strategy and planning partnership that connects Watercare to global best practice.
As an Association of Consulting Engineers (ACE) New Zealand board member, Chris is a Future Leader Award recipient who continues to drive innovation across the sector. He’s also held numerous leadership roles across our Water and Community Development businesses prior to stepping up as regional director.
