Marian has been fascinated by how things are made for as long as she can remember. Her interest in math and problem solving led her to engineering, and earlier experiences in road engineering inspired her to enter the water industry.
Today, Marian contributes to the delivery of design projects. Every project she’s worked on has involved multidisciplinary teams, giving her the opportunity to learn different aspects of design and work with new people. She finds the most rewarding projects to be treatment plant infrastructure designs.
What motivates Marian in her daily work is knowing the meaningful impact her projects have on the community. Looking ahead, she’s excited to expand her experience across treatment plants, pumping stations, and tender design.
When she isn’t busy working on water infrastructure designs, Marian enjoys the arts—painting and drawing—as well as yoga.
