Regional Delivery Partnership – West Region Delivery Team
Sydney Water have a new 10-year regional partnership model called the Regional Delivery Partnership. This initiative is designed to transform their supply chain and procurement model, divided into three zones—northern, southern and western regions.
Each region has a team of engineers, project managers and support staff co-located with Sydney Water to provide a fully integrated approach to the design, construction and maintenance of Sydney Water’s assets.
Based on our strong relationship with Sydney Water over many years, we’re part of the West Region Delivery Team alongside Fulton Hogan, Abergeldie, Programmed, and Atlas.
We’re responsible for leading and developing designs for infrastructure works from early design development through to detailed design, construction support and commissioning. We also provide engineering services, specialist design and technical advice during development of concept design.??
The delivery team have set up an innovative system using Power Apps to capture ideas from employees across the businesses. The result? These ideas can be used to promote efficient delivery and smarter ways of working as we advance the program.
