Multimedia Conglomerate Supplier Social Responsibility Audit Program

A multinational multimedia conglomerate implemented a health, safety, and environment (HSE) compliance audit program at their suppliers in multiple cities across the world. They engaged our auditors to help.

We evaluated the risks present at each supplier¡¯s factory. We also assessed the preventive and protective measures that had been implemented, observed working areas and ongoing activities, and interacted with employees.

Our follow-up team provided additional technical assistance to selected suppliers to help them improve their HSE and labor performance. This included creating a tailored corrective action plan and HSE permitting roadmap for each factory and coaching them on addressing findings and obtaining HSE permits.

As a result of these audits, all participating factories took action to address areas for improvement within a year. We also helped one of the suppliers conduct an analysis of their efforts and shared their performance with our client.
