Bezel at Miami Worldcenter

Miami Worldcenter is one of the largest private real estate developments underway in the United States. The ten-block project will boast world-class retail, hospitality, and residential components in the center of Miami¡¯s urban core. Bezel at Miami Worldcenter is a high-end, mixed-use development that will redefine the downtown skyline.

Stantec is serving as lead architect for Bezel and took special care to merge urban elements with dramatic and bold design to create a stylish yet inviting environment. We introduced luxury amenities such as a private lounge, automated parcel collection, and pet salon. Guests can also enjoy a wellness center as well as a library, bar, sports lounge, game room, demonstration kitchen, and resort style pool deck on the 13th floor. In addition, our team was invited by Miami Worldcenter to collaborate with the design architect for the adjacent retail building which features a parking garage, ground and second floor retail, and a rooftop restaurant connected to Bezel.

As Miami Worldcenter is expected to account for more than two billion dollars in new investment within downtown Miami, towers like Bezel offer the correct balance of luxury amenities and mix of uses that fall in line with the overall intent of the development.
