Change is sometimes a hard pill for communities to swallow, because it comes with stress and uncertainty, and communities are impacted by changes, no matter how big or small.?

Our stakeholder engagement and communications consultants are involved from a project¡¯s conception¡ªraising awareness and helping people understand the impact, definition, and scope of these changes. We help manage expectations and build trusting relationships with all interested parties.

We use a combination of traditional and new methods of engagement¡ªfrom public meetings, focus groups, and open houses to web surveys, social media, pop-up events, and collaborative co-designing. We employ and partner with a diverse network of consultation and engagement specialists who help develop and implement targeted communication, outreach, and advocacy strategies tailored to different stakeholders and projects.?
