Anaerobic Digestion

Delivering industrial-scale biomass facilities

Anaerobic digestion is a well proven technology for treating almost any form of biodegradable waste. But meeting the UK’s increased food waste recycling targets, delivering the water sector’s biosolid programmes, and providing low-cost outlets for farm wastes will require multi-million-pound investments in anaerobic digestion facilities over the next six to eight years.

This next generation of plants must be delivered at pace, while managing the shift from exporting electricity to the production of biomethane and even hydrogen.

Our extensive experience in both conventional and advanced anaerobic digestion includes delivering the first two B6 CAMBI units in the UK and designing some of the most efficient anaerobic digestion facilities in the world. We’ve supported local councils, water utilities, breweries, and energy clients as they maximise anaerobic digestion potential, helping a wide range of projects succeed.

If you need strategy development, design, consenting, project execution, process improvement, or project management on your bioresources-related project, our team can help.?
