Situated at Riverside West, and overlooking the River Aire, we’re just a short walk from the station. Did you know engineering in Leeds helped power the industrial revolution? Head down to Granary Wharf and you can’t miss the colourfully-lit archways of the North Eastern Railway Viaduct. When built in 1869, the viaduct was a ground-breaking piece of engineering—today, we’re proud to be doing work that echoes the spirit of this innovative city.
Our team’s experience here spans civil and structural engineering, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing, and environmental and geotechnical consultancy. We also have a strong background in transport planning, fire safety, energy, and sustainability, which means we’re well placed to work on landmark projects in the city. Projects like Points Cross—the largest development in the Guinness Partnership’s 130-year history—which is designed to deliver affordable and sustainable homes in a key regeneration area of Leeds.
Our multi-disciplinary team is well-networked in the community, and we’re proud to be part of one of the UK’s fastest-growing cities. Together, we’re working with clients and industry colleagues to shape this inspiring community.
