Guiding the development of future places for people

A vision should not be an ethereal concept, hard to grasp. It should reflect the needs of society and protect the interests of future generations. It should be objectives-led, and be constructed to guide development strategy and policy, and project delivery. We adopt a collaborative, evidence-based approach to strategy development. We use experience, technical and commercial insight and data analytics to support appraisal to form a robust basis for debate, appraisal and decision making.

We plan for growth, infrastructure, and development by putting places first: creating communities fit for the future.
